Achieving Catalytic Expansion of Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention in the Sahel (ACCESS-SMC) will help protect an estimated 10 million children by providing 15 million treatments in 2015 and 30 million treatments in 2016 in seven countries across the Sahel: Burkina Faso, Chad, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Niger, Nigeria and The Gambia.

In each of these countries, ACCESS-SMC is working with National Malaria Control/ Elimination Programs to scale up the approach to malaria prevention in the Sahel using seasonal malaria chemoprevention.
